The EditingTools.io EDL Tool & Converter helps with converting and modifying .edl files. Its a perfect tool to create lists and sheets as well.

Supported Source/Import Formats:
- EDL (CMX3600, File16, File32, File64, File128, File256)
- CSV, TSV
- Markers from DaVinci Resolve (Timeline Markers as .edl)
- Final Cut 7 XML (from Premiere Pro) with Sequence Markers
- Avid Media Composer (TXT Marker, all MC Versions)
- Locators within an EDL file

Along with conversions, the app features some modification functions like:
- Remove invisible cuts
- Merge overlapping clips
- Merge all identical clips (rewrite timecodes)
- Rename and unify music stem file names
- Use locator name as clip name
- Use file name as tape name
- Default marker color
- Filter markers by color

This app is a smaller version of our EDL Converter on EditingTools.io/edl and works completely offline.

We build this app with security in mind, which means no data is shared with any third party and everything is stored and processed locally unless you choose to share the files. Data processing is local, secure and confidential and can also be used for top secret projects.
